We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Engineer to design, implement, and maintain identity governance solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in identity lifecycle management, access certification, and role‑based access control across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and configure SailPoint IdentityIQ workflows, rules, and connectors.
• Integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications for automated provisioning and de‑provisioning.
• Implement access review campaigns and role mining strategies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve identity‑related issues across systems.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to enforce IAM policies.
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ development and administration.
• Proficiency in Java, BeanShell scripting, XML, and SQL.
• Familiarity with IAM concepts: RBAC, ABAC, SOD, provisioning, and certification.
• Experience integrating SailPoint with Active Directory, LDAP, ServiceNow, and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of security protocols and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR).

Preferred Qualifications

• SailPoint Certified Engineer.
• Experience with other IAM tools (e.g., Okta, CyberArk, Ping).
• Background in cybersecurity or enterprise architecture.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.

Pay Range: 30 – 40 USD per hour (Remote – Mexico)
