**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced **SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Developer/Consultant** to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of identity governance and administration (IGA) solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in **SailPoint IIQ**, a deep understanding of identity management processes, and hands-on experience in integrating and customizing IIQ to meet business requirements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Monitor the performance, health, and availability of SailPoint IIQ systems.
- Respond to and resolve incidents related to identity provisioning, access requests, and governance workflows.
- Provide technical support to end-users and stakeholders for SailPoint IIQ-related issues.
- Investigate and resolve errors in SailPoint workflows, rules, and policies.
- Debug and resolve issues with connectors (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, databases) and integrations.
- Work with logs and error traces to identify and fix root causes.
- Perform regular system maintenance, including backups, system checks, and updates.
- Assist in applying patches and upgrading SailPoint IIQ components to maintain compatibility and performance.
- Monitor scheduled tasks and address any failures or anomalies.
- Manage user identities, roles, and entitlements within SailPoint IIQ.
- Assist users with access issues, password resets, and access certification processes.
- Handle provisioning and de-provisioning of user accounts and access rights.
- Maintain detailed documentation of support activities, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations.
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles for common issues and their resolutions.
- Generate reports on identity governance metrics, such as access certifications, orphan accounts, and policy violations.
- Work closely with the development and security teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.
- Participate in periodic system audits and provide data for audit requests.
**Good To Have:**
- Design and implement **SailPoint IIQ solutions** for user lifecycle management, access certification, role management, and compliance.
- Customize IIQ workflows, rules, and configurations to meet organizational needs.
- Develop and maintain IIQ connectors to integrate with various systems, directories, and applications.
- Configure and manage identity policies, entitlements, and roles in SailPoint IIQ.
- Support the implementation of governance processes, such as access reviews and policy enforcement.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations through IIQ solutions.
- Integrate IIQ with applications, databases, and other IT systems for seamless identity and access management.
- Develop scripts (e.g., BeanShell, Java) for extending IIQ functionalities.
