Information Technology & Executive Search Recruiter – U.S. & Canada

***Hybrid role in Montreal, must be willing to travel to Montreal office 4 days a week.

A large renowned company is looking to hire a Sales/Account Coordinator to join their team in Montreal. This is a hybrid, full‑time position, for a 7‑month assignment with very high probability of permanance afterwards, along with attractive compensation.

The Sales Account Coordinator will take ownership of contract and sales order, invoicing, trade finance and logistics with key accounts and perform day to day Commercial Services operations such as contract and sales order entry, shipments and invoicing.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or other related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and SAP
  • Experience with contract negotiations
  • Order entry and sales operations experience
  • Bilingual in English and French

You’ll stand out if you have

  • Ability to work in a multi‑product environment and standardize processes
  • Similar work experience in a technical sales environment

This position is on‑site 4 days per week.
