Job Description
The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for managing all facets of customer relationships within an assigned territory, driving sales of company services such as repair, surplus solutions, product distribution, and asset recovery.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all sales activities within an assigned sales territory
- Work closely with internal teams to oversee the sales function and effectively position products and services to maximize sales potential within the territory
- Respond promptly to customer requests, inquiries, and complaints, ensuring positive experiences and strong goodwill across all transactions
- Collaborate with sales management to develop and execute business plans and strategic initiatives
- Build and maintain customer relationships to drive growth across all company’s divisions.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports for management and customers.
- Execute sales objectives established by sales management to achieve quota attainment and support corporate goals
- Identify and recommend new product opportunities, as well as potential product, packaging, or service enhancements by analyzing customer needs, market trends, and competitive activity
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; associate’s degree a plus
- Sales or customer relationship building experience
- Comfortable interacting with a variety of people/ environments
- Industry awareness and technical or industrial product knowledge preferred
- Valid driver’s license is a must
Physical Requirements
- Frequent driving and walking
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, 25 lbs frequently, and 10 lbs continuously
