Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of any related business course/degree
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in the same capacity (Account Executive, Account Manager, Sales Representative, Sales Associate, etc.)
  • Preferably from BPO, RPO, manpower, or service-oriented industries. Work experience in other industries may still be considered.
  • Substantial experience in face‑to‑face selling and client interaction, with proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Excellent communication (verbal/written) & networking skills
  • Good interpersonal skills. Marketing experience/background is a plus
  • Good Microsoft Office/G‑Suite skills like Word (Docs), Outlook (Gmail), PowerPoint (Slides), MS Teams (G‑Meet) and ...
