Job Description
1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management - Identify and engage potential clients (B2B, SMBs, or enterprise) through cold calling and client visits to understand client business needs and propose suitable IT solutions
2. Sales and Revenue Generation – Sell IT hardware, software and services to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
3. Product Knowledge - Staying up to date with the latest offerings of each product. Attend assigned trainings to develop IT knowledge.
4. Quoting and Proposal Development - Prepare and send accurate quotes that bring value add to clients
5. Sales Cycle Management
- Manage full sales cycle: prospecting → needs analysis → proposal → negotiation → closing → post-sales follow-up.
6. Reporting - Submit required reports such as Sales and Activity report.
