As we continue to expand across India, we are looking for an Account Executive who understands consultative selling and thrives in long cycle, value driven sales environments.

The Role

As an Account Executive for India, you will own the end to end sales cycle from prospecting to close, selling exclusively to Universities, Colleges, Business Schools, Secondary Schools, and Nonprofit organizations across India.

This is not transactional sales. You will be selling enterprise grade research and experience solutions and engaging with senior stakeholders such as academic leadership, faculty, researchers, IT leaders, CX heads, and procurement teams. The role requires regular travel across India for in person meetings, campus visits, and relationship building.

What You Will Do

• Own and grow a sales pipeline focused exclusively on Universities, Colleges, Business Schools, Secondary Schools, and Nonprofit organizations in India

• Prospect and engage new institutions through outbound, inbound, events, and referrals

• Lead discovery driven, consultative sales conversations focused on research, surveys, CX, and insights use cases

• Deliver compelling product demos and solution walkthroughs both virtually and in person

• Manage long and complex sales cycles including pilots, evaluations, and RFPs

• Maintain accurate deal tracking, forecasting, and reporting using HubSpot CRM

• Collaborate closely with marketing, presales, and customer success teams

• Forecast accurately and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets

• Build long term relationships and become a trusted advisor to your accounts

What We Are Looking For

• 3 to 7 years of B2B SaaS or enterprise solution sales experience

• Direct experience selling to Universities, Colleges, Business Schools, Secondary Schools, or Nonprofit organizations is strongly preferred

• Comfort with consultative, value based selling and long cycle sales

• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and structured procurement processes

• Willingness and ability to travel across India for in person meetings

• Strong communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills

• Self driven, disciplined, and comfortable working in a fast paced, global environment

• Hands on experience using HubSpot CRM
