- Bachelor’s degree in Business (Engineering degree with experience in Sales would be considered).
- Experience in Sales / Business Development.
- 5-years of experience in the Automotive OEM/Tier1 industry.
- 3-years of experience in Manufacturing Automotive environment.
- Have some level of technical knowledge to read drawings and understand specifications.
- Active involvement in the preparation of a business case and suggest changes to be competitive according to market.
- Active participant in meetings with customers (remote and in-person). Able to lead and moderate accordingly. Take a leader role for business negotiations with customers.
