**Position Overview**:
Molex is seeking a dynamic and proactive _Account Manager_ that will have responsibility for building sales pipeline, developing strong relationships with channel/distribution customers, and identifying new business opportunities. The Account Manager role, within Inside Sales, will be accountable for closing sales and increasing revenue within the Americas region. This position will provide leadership and management in working with assigned accounts and cross-functional teams.
**Essential Functions**:
- Responsible for profitable growth within a defined territory and/or market
- Responsible for managing and maintaining individual pipeline
- Responsible for complex RFQs and pricing negotiations
