<br /><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p><br /></p><p>We are seeking a <strong>Sales Account Manager with hands-on experience in software solution sales</strong>, preferably with exposure to <strong>Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM</strong> or other business applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about consultative selling, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth within the software industry.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br /></p><ul><li><p>Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities for <strong>Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP)</strong> solutions.</p></li><li><p>Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, product presentations, customer needs analysis, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing deals.</p></li><li><p>Build strong and long-term relationships with existing and new clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with the pre-sales and technical teams to prepare tailored demos and solutions proposals.</p></li><li><p>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules, licensing models, and value propositions to communicate effectively with clients.</p></li><li><p>Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.</p></li><li><p>Prepare accurate sales pipeline forecasts, reports, and account plans.</p></li><li><p>Attend industry networking events, exhibitions, and conferences as a representative of the company.</p><p><br /></p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><br /></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.</p></li><li><p><strong>2–3 years of proven experience in software solution sales</strong> (preferably ERP, CRM, or SaaS).</p></li><li><p>Previous experience with <strong>Microsoft Dynamics 365</strong>, ERP, CRM, or business applications is a strong plus.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of the B2B sales process and ability to manage mid to large enterprise accounts.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into business solutions.</p></li><li><p>Self-driven, target-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.</p></li><li><p>Fluent in English (written and spoken).</p></li></ul><br />
