Role: Account Manager – Banking Domain

Role Summary
We are looking for a sales-driven Account Manager with 6+ years of experience in the Banking/BFSI domain , responsible for revenue growth, account expansion, and client acquisition , while managing strategic banking relationships.
Key Responsibilities (Sales Focused)
- Own revenue targets for assigned banking accounts.
- Drive account mining through upsell and cross-sell of services.
- Identify and convert new opportunities within existing and new banking clients.
- Build strong relationships with CXO, Business Heads, and IT leaders .
- Lead presales activities – opportunity qualification, solution positioning, RFP/RFI responses.
- Collaborate with delivery and architecture teams to close deals and ensure successful onboarding.
- Drive deal negotiations, commercials, and closures .
- Track pipeline, forecasts, and closures using CRM tools .
- Conduct QBRs and executive reviews to expand wallet share.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years in Account Management / Sales / Client Partner roles.
- Strong Banking/BFSI domain knowledge (Retail, Corporate, Digital Banking).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets .
- Experience selling IT services / digital transformation solutions .
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills .
- Ability to articulate technology value propositions (Cloud, APIs, Data, AI).
