Role Overview
As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving new client acquisition and guiding international investors through the initial stages of securing U.S. real estate financing. You’ll act as the first point of contact, clearly communicating our value proposition, qualifying client needs, and presenting financing solutions that align with their goals.
Your role will be 70–80% focused on new client sales and onboarding — from first contact to commitment. The remaining 20–30% will involve managing relationships with key referral partners , keeping them informed about the progress of their referred loans, and collaborating with them to ensure a smooth closing process.
This is a sales-driven role that requires confidence in presenting, persuading, and closing deals while also being organized enough to manage both clients and referral partners effectively.
