Overview

The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for cultivating productive and mutually beneficial relationships with customers across the food and nutrition market in Quebec, Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Develop long-term, productive relationships with current customers by understanding their business needs and seeking to address their challenges.
  • Ensure that the customer views us as trusted partner and problem-solver.
  • Leverage market knowledge to seek opportunities for new business development. Identify, prioritize, nurture and develop potential sales.
  • Establish (and follow) a rigorous process for following up on new leads, pursuing new lines of inquiry, etc.
  • Understand market trends and competitive environment in our market segments.
