Sales Activation Rep 

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reach the Sell Out target of Bayer technologies and systems in the territory assigned.

  • Implement the Sales Activation Plan in the region, aligned to marketing plan and brand guidelines.

  • Implement the Demo Plots Plan, including proposal of quantity, locations, growers, planting dates, etc.

  • Document on the appropriate tool designed by Bayer, all the information related to Demo Plots and Growers events previously agreed in the sales activation plan.

  • Train the distributors sales reps about Bayer portfolio and systems, brand positioning and guidelines, value selling, etc.

  • Responsible for controlling and follow-up the Bayer and distributors’ investments agreed in the marketing plan and PIB.

  • Provide market information regarding crop hectares, market share, competitors’ main activities, etc.
