About the role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Sales & Admin Assistant to join our team at Chen Wa Landscape Pte Ltd. This full-time role is based in our West Region office and will play a crucial part in supporting our sales efforts and overall business operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, preparing sales presentations and proposals, and handling client inquiries
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of sales activities, events, and client meetings
  • Maintain accurate records and databases of sales activities, client information, and other relevant data
  • Coordinate with Operations and issue billing information to finance accurately.
  • Coordinate on issued Invoices, Credit Notes & Statements of Accounts in a timely manner.
