Job Description

After-Sales Assistant Coordinator

plays a key role in supporting the after-sales process by helping to resolve post-sale issues and ensuring clear communication between internal departments and the After-Sales Team to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing and addressing customer inquiries, requirements, and shipment discrepancies before dispatch.

Monitor customer requirements, and discrepancies, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of after-sales activities using DMS and Monday.com.

Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to resolve shipment-related issues.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Aftersales Support
