Job Description
GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY:
● Liaise and coordinate with customers and dealers on sales orders, queries and feedback
● Attending to phone calls and email enquiries
● To handle customers' and dealers' parts enquiries
● To manage customers' and dealers' parts ordering process
● Support all sales activities: from preparation, documentation, shipment to invoices and filing
● Liaise with warehouse for packing instruction and shipment collection from forwarder
● Stock planning and purchase
● Any other job duties as assigned by supervisor
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Prepare and process quotation, sales orders, invoices and shipment documentation for customers and dealers
● To attend to customers and dealers enquiries on pricing, delivery, lead time and others
● To arrange the delivery and shipment of parts orders and update customer of progress
