About the job Sales Admin Executive (Labrador Park MRT | $3500 | Electronics Division)

Responsibilities

  • Process Documentation: Prepare essential documents such as sales orders, payment verifications, delivery orders, and import/export documentation using the SI system.
  • IMS Implementation Support: Provide assistance during the implementation of the new Inventory Management System.
  • Sales Record Management: Maintain and update sales records, ensuring regular file backups.
  • Sales Team Administration: Offer comprehensive administrative support to the sales team.
  • Month-End Closing: Assist with the monthly sales closing procedures.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise effectively with customers, suppliers, and the warehouse to facilitate seamless deliveries.
