Responsibilities
- Process Documentation: Prepare essential documents such as sales orders, payment verifications, delivery orders, and import/export documentation using the SI system.
- IMS Implementation Support: Provide assistance during the implementation of the new Inventory Management System.
- Sales Record Management: Maintain and update sales records, ensuring regular file backups.
- Sales Team Administration: Offer comprehensive administrative support to the sales team.
- Month-End Closing: Assist with the monthly sales closing procedures.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise effectively with customers, suppliers, and the warehouse to facilitate seamless deliveries.
