Responsibilities

  • Attend to email, phone, online enquiries from customers
  • Compute price and prepare quotations to customers
  • Furnish product information to customers
  • Manage pricelist
  • Process order and issue invoice
  • Liaise with suppliers on price and delivery
  • Work closely with logistics team on orders and stock status
  • Assist in managing projects and timelines.

Requirements

  • Familiar with Microsoft Outlook
  • Proficient in English, Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Comfortable to compute price with price list and discount structure
  • Good communication skills
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience
  • Willing to learn and grow as a team player
