Responsibilities
- Attend to email, phone, online enquiries from customers
- Compute price and prepare quotations to customers
- Furnish product information to customers
- Manage pricelist
- Process order and issue invoice
- Liaise with suppliers on price and delivery
- Work closely with logistics team on orders and stock status
- Assist in managing projects and timelines.
Requirements
- Familiar with Microsoft Outlook
- Proficient in English, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Comfortable to compute price with price list and discount structure
- Good communication skills
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience
- Willing to learn and grow as a team player
