Job Description

The Sales Admin Executive will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and developing high-quality business proposals or tenders to help the company win new business. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams not limited to engineering and design team to develop accurate detailed proposals for potential projects and clients and ensure proposal deadlines are met.
  • Work closely with Business Development Team to understand client’s needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Manage proposal and tender timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
