Job Description
Perform all sales admin activities such as preparing quotations, preparing DO, receiving PO, sales orders, recording, reporting, etc, according to the company procedures.
Ensure the orders are processed according to customer requirements accurately and within the agreed lead time.
Coordinate client appointments, delays, arrange delivery and follow up sales.
Follow up, contact, and maintain maintenance contracts before the expiry date.
Handle calls, emails, messages, walk-ins, or direct customer queries.
Handle orders by phone, message, email, or mail and ensure the orders have the correct information and price.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales, queries, inventory, and deliveries are handled efficiently and timely.
Follow up and involve through arrangements of sales delivery which include procurement requisition, product/item readiness, arrange logistics and delivery to the respective customer / staff.
