Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily sales and tender inquiries, and prepare quotations using Microsoft NAV
• Aid in sourcing spare parts and outsourced items
• Provide support in generating service reports and certificates
• Maintain and update the service schedule in collaboration with the Service Manager and direct reports
• Coordinate the incoming and outgoing movement of valves between the workshop and customers
• Engage in direct communication with both the factory and customers
• Perform administrative tasks to assist with the SINGLAS audit process

Requirements:

• Min GCE 'O' Levels
• No experience required
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts
