Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the credit administration function using the MHW system.
- Perform credit administration and credit control duties, including preparation of progressive billings, re-notice billings, invoices, and official receipts, ensuring all billings are issued accurately and within stipulated timelines to purchasers and end-financiers.
- Manage and ensure proper execution of Sales & Purchase Agreements (SPA), loan documentation, and all related sales administration documentation.
- Ensure all processes and documentation comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements, including sub-sale matters, refinancing cases, utilities applications, vacant possession (VP), and transfer of titles.
- Handle documentation related to Memorandum of Transfer (MOT) and Strata Titles.
