Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Liaise with customers & relevant parties
  2. Attend to phone calls and email enquiries
  3. Liaise closely with Finance/ Admin Team & Project/ Service Team
  4. Prepare tender proposals, cost estimations, quotation

Requirements:

  1. Diploma or equivalent
  2. 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
  4. Meticulous, with good communication skills
  5. Team player with ability to work closely with internal and external customer needs effectively
  6. Independent with initiative and drive to be proactive in operational activities to meet customer expectations
  7. Preferably with relevant experience in sound & visual communication system industries
