Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customers & relevant parties
- Attend to phone calls and email enquiries
- Liaise closely with Finance/ Admin Team & Project/ Service Team
- Prepare tender proposals, cost estimations, quotation
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
- Meticulous, with good communication skills
- Team player with ability to work closely with internal and external customer needs effectively
- Independent with initiative and drive to be proactive in operational activities to meet customer expectations
- Preferably with relevant experience in sound & visual communication system industries
