In charge of Accounts admin functions
Prepare SOA and follow up on AR
Process Orders including Contracts, Delivery Orders, Invoicing
Purchase Order processing for Suppliers
Liaise with Customers, Suppliers, Vendors
Stock inventory data entry
Administration duties (Support Sales and Technical Department)
Maintain simple housekeeping duties in the office
Requirements:
Good English oral and written communication skills
Self-motivated with initiative and willing to learn
Meticulous in execution on tasks and able to produce quality work under tight deadlines
Able to work independently and multi-task
Positive work attitude and good team player
Proficient in MS Office
Minimum “O” Level /Diploma
