Job description:

  • In charge of Accounts admin functions

  • Prepare SOA and follow up on AR

  • Process Orders including Contracts, Delivery Orders, Invoicing

  • Purchase Order processing for Suppliers

  • Liaise with Customers, Suppliers, Vendors

  • Stock inventory data entry

  • Administration duties (Support Sales and Technical Department)

  • Maintain simple housekeeping duties in the office

Requirements:

  • Good English oral and written communication skills

  • Self-motivated with initiative and willing to learn

  • Meticulous in execution on tasks and able to produce quality work under tight deadlines

  • Able to work independently and multi-task

  • Positive work attitude and good team player

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Minimum “O” Level /Diploma
