Job Description
The Sales Support Admin manage the flow of sales operations ensuring compliance with GTX business model and full adherence to internal procedures.
Order Management: Offering support with creation of Scheduling Agreement & Sales Orders & Debit Requests and prototype Sales Orders check and release in SAP;Ensure on-time sales orders, scheduling agreements, debit requests creation/update in SAP based on the requests received from Customer Desk team, Sales Managers and Program Managers ensuring compliance with HTS business model and full adherence to internal procedures. (Sales Order, Debit Request, Inquiry Conversion/OA, Interco Orders, Free of Charge Orders, Motorsport Sales Orders, Supplier Orders, Schedule Agreement for Customer, Schedule Agreement for Intercompany, Schedule Agreement 3PP Creation/Update, Prototype Order Check/Release)Responsible for order management end to end process; take ownership on cross-functional meetings to ensure orders are created ...
