YonMing Group with over 40 branches, our Shaanxi Trucks Sdn Bhd Branch is on a look out for a careful detail oriented Sales Admin Supervisor to enhance our customer satisfaction and truck sales operations. You'll be assisting the sales team with administrative tasks, documentation, and customer coordination to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations

Job Responsibilities

  • Sales order processing: Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices
  • Customer & Vehicle Records: Maintain and update customer and vehicle records
  • Internal & External Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and finance departments
  • Vehicle Support: Track vehicle deliveries and assist in registration and documentation
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and after-sales administrative support
