Our client is a sizable MNC owning multi-luxury beauty brands with business around the world.

  • Involve in the entire sales order process, data entry, invoicing & payment, shipment, etc.
  • Handle returning goods and work with warehouse for returning process
  • Work closely with Singapore office for replenishment as well as monitor shipment schedule to fulfil the needs in Hong Kong
  • Follow up inbound and outbound shipment from overseas and local suppliers as well as provide support on customers declaration with forwarders and logistics/warehouse team
  • Assist in performing month end closing
  • Compile sales adjustment and inventory report on a regular basis
  • Requirement: :
  • High school or above
  • 2+ years’ experience in sales order and inbound & outbound coordination
  • Good in operating MS Excel & Word
  • Good in both written and spoken in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
