Sales Administrator (Sales Support Specialist)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update CRM systems (ClickUp, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Schedule and coordinate discovery/sales calls via Zoom and calendar tools
  • Prepare sales materials, client packets, and enrolment documents
  • Handle post-sale enrolments: welcome emails, agreements, app access, and payments
  • Respond to sales-related inquiries and elevate issues when needed
  • Track sales metrics and prepare pipeline and conversion reports
  • Support lead nurturing and follow-up sequences
  • Assist with invoicing, payment plans, refunds, and upsells
  • Coordinate with sales and coaching teams for smooth client handovers

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales administration, customer support, or operations roles—ideally in high-ticket sales, online coaching, fitness/wellness, or service-based industries.
