Job Description

The Sales Administrator provides comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, ensuring efficient operations across all sales-related activities. This role is responsible for managing documentation, maintaining accurate records, coordinating communication, and helping the team stay organized and productive.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain all sales documentation, including proposals, contracts, agreements, and records.
  • Update and monitor the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
  • Coordinate communication between the sales team and internal departments to support workflow efficiency.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, performance dashboards, and other documentation requested by the team.
  • Schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups for the sales team and ensure all calendar items are organized.
  • Support daily administrative tasks such as email correspondence, data entry, and file management.
  • Track sales performance metrics and assist with compiling data for weekly or monthly reviews.
  • Ensure timely submission of required documents and adherence to internal processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
  • Experience using CRM software (any platform) is preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing documents and data.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities.
  • Bonus: Familiarity or experience within the commercial solar industry is a strong advantage.

      • Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
