Sales Administrator based in Kuala Lumpur

Responsible for managing and collecting purchase orders from hospitals as well as remove any roadblock to ensuring PO is timely processing and release. Support the overall governance mechanism as required and other suitable commercial admin matters as appropriate.

What will you be doing?

  • Preparing related supporting document for PO processing as per hospital’s requirements i.e. invoices, quotation, UID, OR usage form
  • Ensure document submission within the stipulated timeline of 3 days for Private and 7 days for Public or at hospital’s specific timeline to hospital for PO processing.
  • Collecting and verifying purchase orders from hospitals
