  • Provide comprehensive support to the sales team in order processing and meeting customer requirements
  • Manage order processing documentation, including the preparation and follow-up of Sales Quotations
  • Coordinate delivery schedules and oversee inventory tracking
  • Provide assistance in the administration of project tenders, including the preparation and compilation of submission documents
  • Execute procurement activities, covering sourcing, purchase order issuance, and price negotiations
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'O' level with 2 years working experience
  • Proficiency in SAP
  • Positive attitude with a strong motivation to learn
