- Provide comprehensive support to the sales team in order processing and meeting customer requirements
- Manage order processing documentation, including the preparation and follow-up of Sales Quotations
- Coordinate delivery schedules and oversee inventory tracking
- Provide assistance in the administration of project tenders, including the preparation and compilation of submission documents
- Execute procurement activities, covering sourcing, purchase order issuance, and price negotiations
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' level with 2 years working experience
- Proficiency in SAP
- Positive attitude with a strong motivation to learn
