Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales team in Selangor, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales administration or a related field, with a proven ability to manage customer relationships and streamline operations.
What You’ll Do
1. Data Management Role
- Ensure accurate data entry and management within internal systems (e.g., product names, serial numbers, pricing, and customer details).
- Maintain and regularly update sales records and customer databases.
- Monitor and track sales targets and prepare precise monthly sales reports for management review.
- Provide administrative support related to data and deliver analytical insights to assist the sales team.
