About the Role -
We are looking for an experienced Sales Advisor with strong exposure to selling Executive Education programs for working professionals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in inside sales & counselling, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilties -
Engage with working professionals and senior executives to understand their learning needs and recommend suitable IIM/IIT programs.
Manage the entire counselling and sales lifecycle—from lead qualification, follow-up, and program explanation to enrolment closure.
Conduct structured telephonic/virtual counselling sessions with prospective learners.
Maintain accurate data and track interactions on CRM.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly enrolment targets.
Build strong product knowledge across all IIM/IIT Executive Education offerings.
Coordinate with internal program, marketing, and operations teams for smooth candidate experience.
Required Skills & Experience -
Minimum 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in Executive Education / EdTech.
Strong background in selling Executive programs for working professionals.
Proven experience in inside sales + academic counselling.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle high-volume outreach and manage a long consultative sales cycle.
Target-driven with strong negotiation and closure capabilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Office
