Roles and Responsibilities

  • Drive membership sales through in-person, phone, email, and social media outreach
  • Greet potential clients and walk-ins, provide studio tours, and present membership options
  • Follow up with leads and manage prospects through the sales pipeline

  • Meet or exceed monthly membership and sales goals

  • Provide a welcoming, exceptional experience for all members and guests

  • Address and resolve member concerns or escalate issues to management when needed

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked front desk, retail area, and studio space

  • Assist with daily cleaning and operational tasks before, during, and after shifts
