Responsibilities:-

  • Welcoming and engaging with customers as they enter the shop.
  • Ability in maintaining the tidiness of shop.
  • Ability to display & refresh all visual merchandising display according to guidelines.
  • Handles customer feedbacks / complaints efficiently.
  • Maintain healthy stock inventory at store, based on the Based Stock & Global Count.
  • Coordinates, liaises, and assists customer on service-after-sales (repair).
  • Handles and manages shop cash register and accounts appropriately.
     
Qualifications

Requirements:-

  • Previous retail, sales and/or hospitality experience a major plus.
  • Computer literate; familiarity using POS systems.
  • Extremely personable, positive, and approachable.
  • Fantastic customer service skills.
  • Able and willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
