Responsibilities: -

  • Responsible for the sales target of the assigned SIS counter.
  • Ability in maintaining the tidiness of the counter.
  • Ability to display & refresh all visual merchandising display according to the guideline. 
  • Maintain good customer services.
  • Handles customer feedback / complaints efficiently.
  • Maintain healthy stock inventory at counter, based on the Based Stock & Global Count.
  • Ability to update Management on market competition, demand and changes.
  • Performs any other responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
  • Coordinates, liaises and assists customer on service-after-sales (repair).
Qualifications

Requirements: - 

  • Previous retail, sales and/or hospitality experience a major plus.
  • Computer literate; familiarity using POS systems.
  • Extremely personable, positive, and approachable.
  • Fantastic customer service skills...
