Your role and responsibilities

  • As an Internal Sales Advisor, you are the primary contact point for customers and prospects from the Japan country. Together with your Regional Sales Manager, Team Leader and colleagues, you ensure a further expansion of the customer portfolio in this region.
  • You have both in- and outbound contacts with customers and prospects.
  • You create offers and orders and follow these up actively to gather information such as products market price, competition, economic situation, etc.. And sharing it with your managers, pricing, etc..
  • You register and deal with complaints and provide a good follow-up, also in consultation with the quality team/ Managers.
  • You collaborate closely with the colleagues within your team and other departments.
  • Acting as back-up for the colleagues (if required)
  • You need to work closely with Regional Manager/ BDMs to offer commercial support and opportunities.
