Your role and responsibilities
As an Internal Sales Advisor, you are the primary contact point for customers and prospects from the Japan country. Together with your Regional Sales Manager, Team Leader and colleagues, you ensure a further expansion of the customer portfolio in this region.You have both in- and outbound contacts with customers and prospects.You create offers and orders and follow these up actively to gather information such as products market price, competition, economic situation, etc.. And sharing it with your managers, pricing, etc.. You register and deal with complaints and provide a good follow-up, also in consultation with the quality team/ Managers.You collaborate closely with the colleagues within your team and other departments.Acting as back-up for the colleagues (if required)You need to work closely with Regional Manager/ BDMs to offer commercial support and opportunities.You identify ne...
