Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Source and develop your own leads through networking, outreach, referrals, and field prospecting. Sell TELUS telecom solutions including mobility, wireline, internet, security, IoT, and business services.
  • Conduct in-person or virtual sales presentations to SMB and residential clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and closed deals.
  • Report to the office 2–3 times per week for meetings, updates, training, and performance check‑ins.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with TELUS standards and sales processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow‑up to ensure smooth activation and onboarding.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in telecom, sales, or customer‑facing roles (preferred but not mandatory).
