• Contact potential customers through cold calling in an office environment.


• Conduct professional sales conversations primarily in German.


• Receive customer requests and record and follow up via CRM systems.


• Manage post-sales operational processes (contracts, documentation, customer follow-ups, etc.).


• Coordinate with relevant internal departments.


• No field work required - all processes are carried out from the office.

• Advanced or Native level of German (C1-C2-MT).


• Minimum years of experience is 3 years.


• Good command of English.


• Strong communication and persuasion skills over the phone.


• Previous experience in sales, call center, or customer relations is an advantage.


• Familiar with CRM systems and MS Office tools.


• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
