Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Agent located in Lebanon. The Sales Agent will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing excellent customer service, selling freight forwarding services, handling insurance matters, and participating in training sessions. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, building and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and providing customized logistics solutions to meet client needs.



Qualifications


Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

Experience in Sales and Insurance

Ability to participate in and deliver Training sessions

Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with logistics and freight forwarding is an advantage

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field is beneficial
