Requirements
  • Experience in selling real estate including luxury new developments.
  • An understanding of how off plan sales are structured.
  • Accustomed to selling to HNWI’s and investors.
  • A sound knowledge of new developments on the Costa del Sol.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanis h.
  • Accustomed to working with CRMs and lead tracking.
  • Must have a vali d driving license and car.
