Needed for our offices in ERBIL-IRAQ, Sales Agricultural engineer:
Responsibilities:

• Promote New Products: Drive awareness and market penetration of newly launched agricultural products and technologies through strategic outreach and demonstrations.

• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, agronomists, dealers, and cooperatives to understand their needs and recommend suitable new solutions.

• Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and training to customers and sales teams regarding product specifications, benefits, and application methods.

• Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to develop and execute product launch plans, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies.

• Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to refine product positioning and suggest improvements.

Reporting: Prepare regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and customer feedback summaries to inform management and product teams.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, or related field (Master’s is a plus).



• 2+ years of proven success in agricultural sales or product promotion, especially for new products.

• Deep understanding of crop production, agri-inputs.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Willing to travel frequently across assigned territories.

• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
