Become part of our growing Team! Valleyview Co-op in VIRDEN, MB is looking for a Summer Student to fill a SALES AGRONOMIST position at our Virden Farm & Ranch Centre.

What you'll do:

The Agronomist works to acquire knowledge and experience to establish credibility and to develop ongoing, profitable sales relationships with the Co-operative's customers. Contributes to the overall success of the Agro team through support and cross promotion of Farm & Ranch and Petroleum services and products. Key responsibilities are but not limited to:

• Assist with crop scouting, soil sampling, and custom application services
• Support agronomy sales by learning how to engage with customers and identify opportunities
• Provide basic agronomic recommendations with guidance from senior staff
