Sales Analyst

STS Technical Services is hiring a Sales Analyst to support Sales, Operations, and Planning (S&OP) functions for a growing organization based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role is built for an analytical thinker who understands how demand, supply, and financial planning intersect and who can turn complex data into clear, actionable insight. This position plays a critical role in aligning strategic objectives with operational execution by supporting demand planning, retail performance analysis, and executive reporting. Position Overview The Sales Analyst supports the S&OP process by gathering inputs from cross functional stakeholders, analyzing data trends, and developing insights that drive balanced and profitable outcomes. This role is responsible for preparing and submitting monthly Sales Demand plans, managing daily reporting, validating data across systems, and maintaining Power BI dashboards used for decision making.
