Crown Workspace is expanding in Germany — and we’re hiring.
We’re looking for a dynamic Sales and Business Development Lead based in Frankfurt to help us build new client relationships, generate leads and shape commercial workplace solutions in Germany.
You’ll be part of a business that’s transforming how organisations move, adapt, and optimise their workspaces — backed by a truly global network and strong local ambition.
The Sales and Business Development Lead is a strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth across multiple territories, with direct accountability for sales performance in Germany. This role combines team leadership with active sales execution, including managing key accounts, generating new business, and meeting individual activity and revenue targets.
The successful candidate will lead a small, cross-territory sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, and personally contribute to business development efforts in the German market.
