Job Description

This position is responsible for supervising a new and growing team of Personal River Cruise Planners and assisting them in their daily activities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Involves in the interview process, trains, coaches, counsels and oversees staff performance productivity.
  • Develops new procedures that assist the staff in providing an exceptional customer service experience.
  • Monitors and evaluates Personal River Cruise (PRC) Specialists performance to meet or exceed the department’s sales goals.
  • Communicates new procedures to the department.
  • Shares updated training materials and ensures the team remains informed about new developments within the company relevant to their roles.
  • Motivates and empowers the staff.
  • Handles escalated calls and makes decisions in the best interest of AmaWaterways and the guests being assisted.
