Job Description
As a Sales and Client Coordinator, you'll help manage client communications, track sales opportunities, prepare key documents, and collaborate with Finance, Client Success, and Operations to ensure smooth and successful client engagements.

What You'll Do
1) Client & Deal Flow Coordination
- Attend prospect and client calls using AI notetakers to capture detailed notes, key points, and next steps. Log updates in HubSpot or ClickUp within 2 hours to maintain accurate records.
