Description
* The Management Trainee (MT) role functions as a Business Development Rep (BDR).
* Responsibilities include customer acquisition, appointment setting, fact-finding, and qualifying leads for sales.
* The role supports Q1 marketing efforts by following up on email marketing engagement.
* Work involves calling existing CRM contacts, pre-qualified warm cold calls, and following up on web leads.
* Activities are varied, including short cold calling campaigns.
* The MTs focus on creating opportunities, not closing sales.
* Successful MTs are expected to transition to a full sales role within 6-12 months, where they manage the entire customer lifecycle.
* Training is structured, including a three-week onboarding, side-by-side work with supervisors, daily structure, call scripting, and feedback.
