Sales and Marketing / Admin Associate

Responsibilities

• Check weekly sales report of Luzon branches
• Check the attendance of Account Supervisors and coordinators against the approved itinerary.
• Supervise and motivates subordinate such as encoders.
• Analyze and evaluate support letters, sales event invitations, calendar of sales events and the likes from dealers prior to submission to the immediate head along with recommendations.
• Prepare and submit letters to dealers such as promotion letter, price adjustments, price lists and the likes.
• Monitor the implementation of promotions, sale events, online programs and social media activities as per approval and requirements.
• In-charge in all activities for social media account.
• In-charge in all activities related to online selling platforms such as Shoppe and Lazada.
• Monitor request of display fixtures as well as fabrication and movement.
